What began as a curiosity about my personal happiness has evolved into something more. I'm a connector, communicator, and strategist working across 30+ countries on what it actually takes for humans and the systems they build to flourish.

Before AI, there were years of leadership in positive psychology, organizational transformation, emotional intelligence, and L&D. Now I bring that lineage to questions about AI: what makes a person, a team, a child, or an organization actually thrive alongside it?

I write, speak, and consult under one belief: Happiness (at work and at home) happens by choice, not chance.

First Phone License — the "driver's license" for kids' first smartphone.

A gamified certification platform that turns the moment a child gets their first phone from a parental panic into a rite of passage. Kids ages 8–12 earn a license; parents get a co-pilot, not a surveillance tool. Older kids get AI and Social Media upskilling that gives them the skillset and mindset needed to thrive in the future.
